Hi Brix,
Please try the latest 18.0 version, which comes with an experimental feature via Tools->Options->Experimental, where you could "try to" extend the printable width.

Hi Kap-Chew,
Thanks for prompt reply.
Tried as you suggested, extended the width but the printer is still detecting an incorrect paper size....
What the printer is picking up is the width of 3.5" which is not a standard width... dont think the length is the issue...

Hi, please check if you updated your printer driver or your system recently, there was no change to the code for printing in the previous updates.
