cheque Writer Setting was created by waqas

I required Correct format setting for Chrysanth Cheque Writer for Meezan bank.I have HP 3015 Printer Please set the correct setting.I have install Chrysanth Cheque Writer.But it will print on corner of the page.
Plz, Guide me.
