Which operating system are you using? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit? My software does not support 64 bit operating system yet.

It seems I can install on 64 bit Win 7 Home Premium but not on 64-bit Win 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.

Is there any workaround option to install on 64-bit Win 7 Home Premium SP1?
