I should give more details.
For example, when I use the software to type Mr Wong and pay him $1000.
The name " Mr. Wong" and the amount "$1000" can extract to the excel.
The purpose for this is create a record to reconcile with the bank statement .

I see now. Several users have been asking for similar features, they called it historical records. I have already added it to my todo list, but now I am working on a solution for printer adjustment to cater for some user's printer issue first.
