unable to get DD MM YYYY format

I really appreciate your effort and sharing the same , thankfully your creation is very useful ,
but i am facing problem in searching the format of date DD MM YYYY which is generally used in indian banks default date format is MM DD YYYY, kindly suggest me how to get MM DD YYYY format.
