Good day sir!

I would like to know what can I do if my printer doesn't respond in this application. I just had my computer fixed, and since then, the printer doesn't print anything even though my computer says "printer is online". I have done every maintenance check for the printer, but still no avail. I'm using a Canon Pixma G3000.

Sorry that I have no further advice as I don't have access to this model. Please try out various adjustment values to see which one works, otherwise it may simply mean that your printer is not compatible with my software.

Good evening Sir,

Thank you for this wonderful program.
It works for Canon MG2570S alignment wise, however, the printer is unable to print the remaining 2 digits of the date (i.e. the Year, for example for 280120, it will print 2801)

Appreciate your advice if possible.
