Cross AC Payee did not shift accordingly

Hi,

Need some help with the shifting of the Cross AC Payee.

I adjusted the alignment of the printing to my cheque and it printed perfectly during installation last week
But today, when I tried to print the cheque, I realized the 'Cross' was not printed. I checked the option for the shifting of the AC and it remained check but after numerous attempts, checking and unchecking the box, the 'Cross' still remains at the top right of the A4 paper and the rest is printed accordingly to the adjustment.
I try uninstalling to reinstall but is still does not fix the issue.

Possible to advise what went wrong?
