Hi,

I have just downloaded the software and find that when I print, I do not get the Date and the Amount in the print. The Amount in words and Payee Details are coming. I am attaching the print that I got. I have used smaller figures but it is same result.




Can you please advise..

In this case, it is very likely that your printer is not supported. You may check out from a post in this forum for a list of known supported and unsupported printers.
