Problem with printing was created by Bin Sun

Hi,

I have written before, and still unable to print up to now. We are using a Canon G3000 via Wi-Fi. My nephew is able to print, while I cannot. Both of our laptops are running on the same wi-fi and on windows 10. Can you please tell me if I should change anything on my settings?

There is one possibility, the difference in printer driver version.
