Printer Model Supported MFC-7840N but can't print

Helo,

I love this cheque writer its so simple and easy to use.

But ever since I changed to a new printer, i cant print out the cheque.

When I print only, A/C PAYEE ONLY crossed mark come out.

I tried to reinstall and install again a few times but to no avail.

My printer type is MFC-7840N Brother which is within the supported model list.

Can anybody help?
