Blank Payee

Is there a way to print with blank payee option on SG cheques? This is because of the limited availability of the authorized signatories. So the cheques are signed beforehand. The amounts will only be confirmed at a later time and added in for print.

Can you allow that option is it's not too much trouble? We hope to start this right away. Thanks!

Sorry, it's a special case for our company. Because the cheques are pre-signed by the signatory with the name already written on the cheques (but no amount). This is because the signatory is not always available. Once the amount is confirmed, then we hope to use your software to print. Therefore, we hope you can still enable printing to proceed without payee.

Hi, are you able to help us? We print the payee and amount at different times. So we hope u can allow the cheques to be printed with blank fields (either payee, amount, date, as blank).

The process for us is we print the payee name, the authorized cheque signatory signs, then the calculation is made and the amount is confirmed and can be printed.
