Do you have other bank's cheque? Can you try to see the result of other bank's cheque?

In that case I am afraid that I can't do anything yet, as I can't be sure whether it's printer related issue or an issue due to my software.

If it's printer related issue, changing my software will cause even more problems to those printers that already work fine with my software.

I will see what I can do later when I am free. Please note that I only work on this software at my free time, so please don't push me.

Hi, I have just released a new version which supports Printer Adjustment setting. You may download the latest version and try to set the proper setting for your printer via Options.
