Unable to print the last 2 numbers of the year

Hi there,

I am from Malaysia and i tend to use mostly Ambank cheques. I have been trying to print using the software but I cant seem to fit the last two numbers which is the year (23) on the cheque. I have made adjustment to the width and shift the position already and everything else seems to be fine except the last two digits of the year. i have tried every option that's listed but nothing seems to work which makes me think that maybe only the administrator could help. 

Please get back to me as I really need to print cheques.

yes, i have but there is no change.
