Sorry, I saw the image now. Are you using the correct template? There is one for HSBC and another for HSBC Personal.

Try to print it to an A4 paper to see if complete information is printed. If printed, then it's your printer issue. Some printer just cannot print to custom paper size as small as your cheque.

I think your cheque is old cheque, while my software already updated the support for new cheque: freechequewriter.com/cheque-printing-software-release-notes
