Usability improvement requests

Hi Kap Chew,

Thank you for creating this really useful software.

Here are some request I have to improve on the usability of this application:

1. Remember last bank - When the program is opened, it keeps defaulting to the first bank on the list rather than the last bank used.
2. Hide unused banks - There are a lot of banks which will not be used. Having the option to hide the unused banks would result in less mistakes (I keep printing onto cheques wrongly as I forgot to select the right bank OR I selected wrongly due to scrolling too fast)

Here is a new function request that would be really helpful (to me at least):

1. Ability to print on back of cheque - There are usually 3 fields (account number, name and telephone number) behind each cheque. The ability to print these 3 fields, along with the ability to put notes in the space below these 3 fields (ie. invoice details, reason for payment) would be VERY helpful.
