the cheque writer doesn't work

the cheque writer doesn't work was created by CTdent
When I try to print the cheque, there is nothing printed on my cheque or the direction is not correct. However, it worked well before.

PS I have changed another harddrive and re-downloaded the software recently.
Can anyone tell me what is going on? Thanks

My software only officially supports Windows 32 bit edition. If you did upgrade your Windows then this may be the problem, or if you did upgrade your printer driver from 32 bit to 64 bit, that may be a possible reason too.
